Wish I didn’t buy from Christopher Ward. Terrible customer service and when the watch did finally arrive it broke after just a few months. A Longines or Tissot is much better made and much better value. Just my opinion. I ordered the C60 Diver on the internet and received order confirmation with delivery estimated at 2-5 days. No sign of the watch. After 10 days emailed CW. No reply. After 2 weeks telephoned C W who said I hadn’t ordered! A week later the money was taken from my account and then the watch arrived. Decided to keep it as it looked good despite the metal bracelet being a bit naff. However just a few months later it broke and I was unable to charge/ wind it with the crown. I was unable to return as the service department was closed due to pandemic. REALLY?? So had to wait 3 months to return it. I asked for a new watch but they only repaired mine after having it back for a week. Customer service dreadful. Their advertising blurb gives the impression of a caring company with a great product. Unfortunately they fall well short of both claims.

First of all , order online system failed to capture order where payment transaction was executed Instead- paid via PayPal. No confirmation of mail on my order till I wrote in few days later It took another bit of time to response to the shipping of watch even after ratified the mishap with internal reorder of the watch. Found the watch printed colour ( both dail & bezel was quite a different against on line images or video) also the watch size of 42mm look small against by Rolex 40mm submariner. The rubber strap was hard that did not rest well over the conquer wrist - perhaps a softer or conquer shape rubber strap will be perfect ) Thanks

Customer service was decent. I sent my watch for repair and while responses to my enquiries were relatively quick, i wish the information was imparted more clearly. I am still waiting for my watch to arrive from return, and the process did take much longer than i expected, so i do hope a minor compensation (even if it is a simple hand writen note) is given to waiting customers.

I was blown away by the look and feel of the C65 AM2 VEV watch, but was disappointed to see serial no 124/150 on the reverse of the watch. After a telephone conversation with Lynn in CS, to agree serial number 70/150, to mark my 70th Birthday.Not blaming Lynn for this error, it was probably lack of care and attention by the Dispatch Department.Pat Parle

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Christopher Ward, everyone I have spoken to has been excellent and a credit to the Company (With special thanks to Katie).I even came back for a second Watch a month later!Thanks to everyone at Christopher Ward!

The C60 Sapphire was is my first CW watch. I must say, I've been very impressed with the quality of the watch. They have certainly gone above and beyond for the price point. Katie from customer service was very courteous and helpful.


I ordered a C60 Lympstone watch which arrived safely in a few days. The watch is excellent quality as is the presentation box it arrived in. I then ordered a Sapphire C60 as I wasn’t completely sure but then returned it with no issues at all, all postage paid for by CW and refund came through within a few days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CW. NM.

Having traveled by mail half way around the world during covid, watch and accessories arrived blisteringly quick, very well packaged. Fantastic watch up to CW's usual high standard..a manufacturer whom I cannot recommend highly enough. Happy customer!

Unfortunately I returned the watch as it was faulty although I look forward to receiving a reliable replacement01.01.21- Christopher Ward repaired and returned the watch promptly, so far so good. Good customer service and returns policy.
